Control panel
Once you finish the registration process, you'll be directed to the control panel page. This page will be at your use in the chat management and visitors overviewing.
An explanation about its values presented to the following.
Identify every visitor the second they enter your website and place them in a list.
As shown in the image below, every visitor that will enter the site (with the script activated), will see the chat toolbar and will be displayed in the list.
Timers counting the length of stay in the site and in the current page
There's a timer next to the site name and next to the page title describing the length of the visit.
A status icon indicates the state of the visitor regarding the chat (on site, opened chat, sent a message).
You'll be able to see these icons for every visitor on his card.

Other than the icon, the visitor's last sentence will be written in red on his card.
Get full information about each visitor including the page he's on now, the site from which he came from and his search words, former visits and previous pages in the current visit.
Every visitor gets his own "card" in the list where you can see the info. For additional info click the plus button to the left (

Sorting the visitors list by visit time, pages, number of messages and more.
There's a sorting button at the top right of the list. ![]()
Filtering the visitors list by unread messages, open chats only, hiding blocked sites, departments and agents.

Hide inactive visitors.
Remove the visitor from the list by the actions button on his card (
) and restore him by the button on the top right of the list (
). Anyway, the visitors will be restored automatically if they return to action.
Mark certain visitors to highlight them.
Mark a visitor by clicking the action button on his card (
). The system remembers the visitor as marked.
Choosing sounds indicating a new visitor's entrance, a returning visitor and a message received.
The sounds will be active in the control panel. To choose the sounds go to the setting page - control panel setting - sound control.
Register multiple sites and manage them under one user.
On the setting page to the left, press "Add site" and follow the same steps as you did for the first site
Chat conversation management
Multi-chat system. Switch between visitors and having multiple chats simultaneously.
By clicking on one of the visitors, his name and info will be displayed in the chat box where you can address him any time or answer his message. When you click on another visitor the conversation will be switched. Every conversation is saved for each visitor.
A bursting message any time that opens the chat or bubble on the toolbar.
Contact your visitor by clicking on his card and sending a message in the chat box.
Sending one message to all visitors at once.
By clicking on the button, a window will open and allow you to write a message and choose which site so sent it to.
Pre set phrases reservoir to use in chat.
Prepared in the setting page – control panel setting – set phrases, the sentences will wait for you under the designated button in the chat box. Click a phrase to send it or click edit to change it before sending in the text box.
Automatic opening message that will be sent to the visitor as he enters the site or opens the chat.
To write this message, go to the setting page – control panel setting – auto message system. This message will be active only when the tool bar is online (
). To set the online mode, go to the control panel page and check "V" next to the site's name on the top left of the page.
Offline message that will be sent to visitors who open the chat in offline mode.
To write this message go to the setting page – control panel setting – auto message system. This message will be active only when the tool bar is offline (
) To set the offline mode, go to the control panel page and remove the "V" next to the site's name on the top left of the page.
Auto messages with delay on certain pages or all over the site.
To activate these messages, go to the setting page – control panel setting – manage delayed messages. Write your message and choose the delay time (by seconds). If you want to relate the message to a certain page choose "messages by pages" and create the message there.
Send offline messages to email.
Every message sent by visitors in offline mode, will be directed to email. To activate, go to the setting page – control panel setting – offline messages management. Insert a valid email addresses and the minimum words in a message to be sent.
Popping a Facebook like button inside the chat.
By pressing the appropriate button in the chat box, the visitor will receive a Facebook like button in the chat. to set the proper facebook page (to be 'liked"), go to the setting page – content and toolbar design setting – facebook, and insert the exact url of your page.
A special agent network with multiple agents with unique user account for each.
Create agents or edit them in the setting page – manage agents.
Limited access to certain pages for each agent by the admin's decision.
When creating or editing an agent, select or deselect the pages to allow his access to them.
Different identity to each agent including picture upload.
In order to change an agent's identity, go to the setting page – agent info – screen info. Note that the agent that will change is the one connected to the system.
Passing a conversation from one agent to another.
On the control panel page, while one agent started a conversation, his name will appear under the visitor's name. To switch the agent name and picture for this visitor, click on the action button (
) and select "take the conversation". The visitor will see the change instantly.
Products mini-shop on the toolbar itself where you can add products or services with a picture and link to their page.
The shop is placed on the toolbar. To add products go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting - shop and product settings. To activate the shop go to display and component settings and check "display the store". Note that you can minimize the toolbar so the shop will be represented by an icon rather than additional bar piece.
News box on the toolbar where you can add special sales or indications.
The news window will be placed on the toolbar. To add news go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – set news. To activate the news box go to display and component settings and check "display the news". Note that you can minimize the toolbar so the news will be represented by an icon rather than additional bar piece.
Placing the toolbar in a fixed place at the bottom or setting a place by axis.
To set the placing, go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – display and component settings. You can either choose sides at the bottom of the browser or select margins from the X and Y axis (by pixels) and set it to be scrolled.
Minimize the toolbar.
If you use the news and shop features you can choose whether display them by a long toolbar or by a small one with the addition of icons

. To minimize the bar go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – display and component settings.
Display the chat toolbar in specific pages only.
Go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – display on pages. All your site's pages (that has the script in them) will be set in a list. Choose which pages will the display the bar. You will still see info of visitors from other pages but they won't see the chat.
Change the words on the bar.
Go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – renaming the ruler components. For example, change "online chat" to "live representative".
Choose your toolbar's color from the variety offered.
Go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – panel design. Choose your favorite color. Make sure the color is selected not just previewed.
Setting a default language for the toolbar.
Go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – manage language bar. Choose your language from the list and the visitors will see the bar in this language including the fixed phrases (such as "welcome", "is writing" "says" etc.).
Hide the toolbar and display it with a bursting message.
Go to the setting page - content and toolbar design setting – display and component settings. Select hide the chat bar. To display the cat by a message, select "show on message when hidden".
Message receiving sound (only when the chat is closed).
Go to the setting page – control panel setting – manage sounds. Choose a sound for the toolbar.
First message opens chat or appearing in a bubble.
Go to the setting page – content and toolbar design setting – display and component settings. Enabling chat bubble will make incoming messages display by a cubic bubble on the toolbar. If not selected, any message sent when the chat is closed will open it. Choose a sound for the toolbar.
Print the conversation.
By clicking the options button (
) and selecting "print chat", the visitor can print the conversation. You don't have to because all your conversations is saved in the history interface.
Change toolbar language.
The visitor can change the language by clicking the options button (
) and selecting "language.
Enabling the chat translator.
The visitor can activate the translator by clicking the options button (
) and choosing "auto translate". every message he'll receive will be translated to the selected language regardless of the language it has been written in.
Statistics interface
Choosing a range of dates to search in.
Site entrances displayed by chart.
Unique visitors displayed by chart.
Compare Site entrances and unique visitors.
Pages Entrances table.
Peak hours of site entrances.
Site entrances chart by hours.
The sites visitors arriving from displayed by pie chart.
Weekly activity report send via email and displayed on the control panel page.
Choose dates and search value and get results. Note that you have to choose more than one day range for some values. The reports send to you once a week can be switched on or off in the setting page – reports.

Saving all conversations in one interface.
All site entrances display in a table with visitors info and messages.
Chat conversations only. At least one message from the visitor or the agent.
Unread messages only.
Offline messages only (unread).
Specific visitor's visits.
Mark visitors manually and filter results by marked only.
Search your history and track your conversation and unread messages. Note that unread and offline messages will be displayed as such only until you'll open them. After a search has been ran, you can select one visitor and display only his visits. When a returning visitor is shown in the control panel list, his former visits act as a link to the history page. The number of offline messages is written on top left of every page.
